A turn of the century German Hanau box, the oblong open work form, embossed with various putti scenes and raised on swan feet. Hanau marks to the underside for Georg Roth & Co. Length measuring 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), weight 9.7 ozt (302 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.

Wobbles a little. Would benefit from a clean and polish due to a build up of residue to the recesses. Hanau marks a little rubbed but clearly legible.
