Lot Description

A set of three German name place or menu holders, the gilt asymmetrical triangular form decorated in high relief with scroll outline, shell, roses and putto mask. German Assay marks for Bruckmann & Sohne, Reichsmark, the standard mark of 800, also signed E. Goldschmidt. Height measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm), gross weight 7.46 ozt (232 grams). (3).

In good overall condition, displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Remnants of old polish to the recesses. Gilding worn. German assay marks clear.
