An Edwardian silver salver of circular form with a shell and scroll shaped border, above three scroll and leaf mounted feet. Hallmarked London 1903. Diameter 12 1/2 inches (32 cm), weight 29.9 ozt (848.5 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. There is a dent to the central section along with some deeper scratches and small marks of discolouration. The hallmarks are clear and legible.

The maker's mark is indistinct, possibly 'D' over 'L'? Also marked Wilson & Gill 139 Regent St London.
