Lot Description
A Dutch silver fern pot, of vase form with pierced flared rim and high relief embossing to the main body, stamped to the underside with the city mark for Amsterdam. Together with a Victorian silver pot mount, liner deficient, hallmarked 'S.H', London 1896, and a small open salt, hallmarked Crisford & Norris Ltd, Birmingham 1907. Weight 5.92 ozt (167.9 grams). Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. The pot mount is damaged in places, notably with a split between two pierced sections, rubbing to the detailing and rubbed marks. The marks to the underside of the Dutch pot are partially obscured. The small pot is dented and pockmarked.
