Lot Description

A cased pair of early twentieth century silver fruit spoons, hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co (David Landsborough Fullerton), London 1919 and 1922. Together with a cased set of modern silver and florally enamelled coffee spoons, hallmarked Henry Clifford Davis, Birmingham 1960 and 1964, one associated stamped England W&H. Gross weight 4.6 ozt (145 grams). (2).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.

Fruit spoon case particularly worn and frayed to the interior, gilding to the inner bowls worn. As mentioned in the description one of the coffee spoons is associated and not hallmarked. Hallmarks to the coffee spoons where present are distorted to parts.
