Lot Description

An early twentieth century set of six silver teaspoons, cased with associated plated sugar tongs, spoons hallmarked G W Harvey & Co, Sheffield 1911. Together with a further set of six Edwardian silver teaspoons with initialled terminals and in associated case, hallmarked Sheffield 1901, and a cased silver christening spoon and fork with personal engraving, hallmarked Birmingham 1923. Gross silver weight 4.9 ozt (155 grams). (3).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Some wear to the striking edges of the first set of teaspoons. The christening set in very good condition. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
