A George III silver meat skewer of tapered form and initial engraving. Hallmarked London 1818, the maker possibly Thomas & James Dicks. Length measuring 10 1/4 inches (25.5 cm), weight 2.3 ozt (72.5 grams).

Some deeper scratches. Run of solder to the ring handle. Hallmarks have quite a bit of debris to the recesses, maker's mark partly worn.
