Lot Description

Seven pairs of George III and later silver teaspoons of various styles, hallmarks and makers. Together with a selection of silver mounted pickle forks, further singular silver spoons and souvenir spoons with enamelled terminals. Gross weight 14.9 ozt (464 grams).

In varied state, however all the pieces in the lot display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  There is more wear around the edges and tips of the spoon bowls, some are in poorer condition than others with some surface dints and bumps.  Also more wear to the tips of fork prongs.  Some rubbing and distortion but overall the hallmarks are mainly legible.
