A Sampson Mordan amber glass double-ended scent bottle, with plain metal unmarked mounts, removable screw on lid to one end impressed with the maker's name, and hinged cover to the other with maker's mark to the interior. Maximum length measures 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm).

Condition Report
The bottle displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing to the mounts, commensurate with the age and use. A few deeper scratches and nicks are visible. Traces of gilding to parts of the mounts, mainly to the hinged end. Hinge and clasp are in working order. Some general surface nicks to the glass and some minor edge chips.
