Lot Description

A late Victorian silver double sovereign holder of plain oval form, together with a late Victorian curved calling card holder, both monogrammed. Sovereign holder hallmarked William Neale & Son, Birmingham 1892. Calling card case hallmarked Henry Matthews, Birmingham 1896. Lengths 3 1/8 and 2 1/4 inches (8 and 5.7 cm). Weight 2.52 ozt (78.6 grams).
