Lot Description
Two early twentieth century silver purses, to include a rectangular shaped floral engraved example, together with a domed crescent shaped example with scalloped lip, each suspended from a trace-link chain to the finger-ring. Hallmarked Chester, 1909 and 1917. Lengths (excluding chains) 4 7/8 and 4 1/2 inches (12.5 and 11.5 cm). Gross weight 6.08 ozt (189.2 grams).

Condition Report
Good overall condition with scratches, small dents and tarnish in keeping with general wear. Both sets of hallmarks rubbed. Maker's marks very worn, illegible. Rectangular-shape purse significantly tarnished, small, shallow dents. Black and brown leather interiors.
