An Edwardian silver cased trinket or sewing box, the open-work scrolling floral mount, with vacant cartouche, to the fabric covered rectangular case, with pin-cushion lid. Hallmarked Clark & Sewell, Birmingham 1904. Length 6 1/4 inches (15.8 cm). Weight of silver mount 2.44 ozt (76 grams).

Good overall condition with scratches, marks, wear and tarnish commensurate with age and use. Minor, shallow dents to case. Fabric significantly worn, tears to base, fraying and discolouration. Fabric to lid likely replacement.
