Lot Description
An Edwardian silver card case, the oblong form florally embossed, hallmarked G E Walton & Co Ltd (George Edwin Walton), Birmingham 1904. Together with an Edwardian silver cigarette case, hallmarked Birmingham 1907, an early twentieth century silver vesta case, hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, London 1911, a florally scroll engraved silver vesta case, hallmarked Birmingham 1910, smaller silver vesta case, hallmarked Birmingham 1922 and a plated coin holder. Gross weighable silver 4.3 ozt (159 grams). (6).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The card case appears a little twisted. A number of dents and bumps particularly to the cigarette case and smaller vesta case. The larger plain vesta case has become concave towards the centre. The large plain vesta case and cigarette case are both personally engraved. The hallmarks overall are clear and legible.
