A Victorian silver vinaigrette of circular form with oblique fluting surrounding the dual engraved circular cartouche, opening to reveal a floral scroll pierced and engraved grille. Hallmarked William Hutton & Sons, London 1887. Diameter measuring 3.8 cm, weight 17.3 grams.

The lot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The grille has a number of dents to the edges of the piercing. The grille appears gilded with significant general wear. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
