A Victorian silver vinaigrette of oval form with engine turned decoration and initialled cartouche, the scroll engraved grille with simple drilled holes. Hallmarked Frederick Marson, Birmingham 1857. Length measuring 3 cm, weight 9.7 grams.

Condition Report
The vinaigrette displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The gilding to the interior is worn, heavy discolouration to the inner base and underside of the grille. Hinge pin has dislodged to one side. Hallmarks rubbed but legible.
