A George III silver caddy spoon, with plain circular bowl leading to a plain terminal. Hallmarked Joseph Taylor, Birmingham 1808. Length measuring 7 cm, weight 8.28 grams.

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and heavy tarnishing commensurate with age and use. There are further small patches of discolouration to the bowl and terminal. The hallmarks are legible but slightly rubbed. The overall shape of the bowl distorted.
