A late Victorian silver swan pin cushion, modelled as a swan, with raised head and textured plumage. Hallmarked Samuel Boyce Landeck, import Sheffield 1897. Length 5.5 cm. Weight 39.4 grams.

Good overall condition with scratches, very small dents and tarnish in keeping with age and use. Pin cushion deficient. Stamped 930 with a scrolling capital letter L within a shield cartouche and crown surmount.
