Condition Report
Overall condition good to fair. There are scratches to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. The brooch appears to have been re gilded. The agate is in good condition. There are blisters and areas of damage to the nacre of the split pearls, they vary in colour, some with a peach body colour. The rose-cut diamonds are bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
The brooch pin fitting does not close securely, the catch would need attention. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones.
