A mid 20th century gold and platinum diamond dress ring. The old-cut diamond, to the square-shape diamond geometric shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 1ct, J-K colour, SI clarity. Weight 2.7gms.

Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with minor wear. Dimensions of central diamond 6.3 by 6.1 by 4.05mms, there are small inclusions visible with magnification. The outer diamonds are bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
