An Edwardian 18ct gold opal and diamond dress ring. The three oval opal cabochons, with old-cut diamond line intervals, to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1909. Weight 3.4gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with the age of the ring. The opals have a cream body colour, displaying pinks, blues and greens, there are areas of abrasion to the opals visible with the unaided eye. There are profuse inclusions to the diamonds visible with the unaided eye, some fractures are surface reaching and appear as chips. The claws and settings may need to be secured.
