A late 19th century gold split pearl and enamel locket. Of oval-shape outline, the overlaid split pearl cross with blue enamel foliate detail. Length 4.7cms. Weight 15.6gms.

Overall condition good. There are scratches to the locket in keeping with the age of the piece. The split pearls are fairly well matched with visible blisters and blemishes to many. The enamel is in good condition. The locket closes securely.
