Please see important notices for purchasers in the catalogue for Coloured Gemstones. Total weight of circular opal cabochons 3.73cts. Opal rough includes a piece of gravel and two boulder opal pieces which appear to be sections of fossilized tree. Most of the opal rough is flat, unfaceted with poor play of colour, predominantly pale purple and slight green. Brown matrix skin to most. The cabochons show weak-moderate play of colour in blues and greens. Minor abrasion. Opal cabochon diameters approximately 7.7 to 3.5mms.
