An Edwardian 18ct gold ruby and diamond five-stone ring. The oval-shape rubies, alternating with old-cut diamonds, to the scrolling gallery and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Hallmarks for Chester, 1909. Weight 2.9gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with minor wear. The diamonds are bright, there are scattered inclusions visible with magnification, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
The rubies are a pinkish red with an even saturation of colour. There are typical inclusions just visible with the unaided eye, there are some areas of abrasion to the facet edges.
