Lot Description
Two split pearl and diamond star brooches. Each designed as an old-cut diamond, within a split pearl eight ray surround, with further split pearl accents. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Diameter 1.8cms. Weight 6gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. On split pearl defined. A number of split pearls are damaged/broken. The split pearls are not perfectly matched. One brooch is set with split pearls with a peachy body colour. The other is set with split pearls with a creamy body colour. Minor blisters and blemishes present. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. All settings will need attention.
