ASPREY - a pair of 18ct gold ruby and hematite cufflinks. Each designed as an oval ruby cabochon, atop an oval hematite panel, to the connecting chain and ridged bar, with hematite terminals. Sponsor's mark for Asprey. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1989. Length of cufflink face 1.5cms. With maker's case.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Some light tarnishing/discolouration. Rubies well matched, pinkish-red with fair colour saturation. Typical inclusions that somewhat affect the passage of light through the stones, some are surface reaching. Hematite metallic grey. Gemstones in good condition with minor abrasion and nicks, one hematite with a surface reaching fracture. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones.
