A mid Victorian 18ct gold locket, circa 1860. Of marquise-shape outline, the locket opening to reveal a series of six oval-shape photo panels, in a star shape formation. Length 3.9cms. Weight 11.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches and areas of discolouration visible to the locket. One of the tapered panels is significantly damaged and a whole section appears to have melted away, possibly by heating the panel. There are significant areas of greening in places. The locket opens and closes securely.
