Lot Description
A mid 20th century continental gold diamond, synthetic sapphire, gem and split pearl bangle. The oval-shape synthetic sapphire, within an old-cut diamond, circular-shape blue-gem and cultured pearl surround, to the split pearl trifurcated shoulders and openwork half-bangle. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct. Inner diameter 5.4cms. Weight 32.9gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. There are scratches, dents and areas of areas of discolouration to the bangle in keeping with overall wear. There are areas of significant abrasion to the synthetic sapphire. The diamonds are bright, individual size and/or setting prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment.
The outer sapphires have a pale saturation of colour, there are inclusions visible with the unaided eye. The cultured pearls and split pearls are fairly well matched. Stamped 14K. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue and online for coloured gemstones.
