A late 19th century gold and silver diamond star and crescent brooch. The vari-cut diamond twelve ray star, within a similarly-cut diamond crescent surround. Estimated total diamond weight 2.50 to 3cts, H-J colour, SI clarity. Diameter 2.7cms. Weight 8.5gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the brooch and areas of tarnishing to the silver setting. The diamonds are bright, there are small inclusions visible with magnification, some settings may need to be secured. The back brooch fitting is detachable and in good condition. The back pin and catch is secure.
