A gentleman's late Victorian 18ct gold diamond and ruby snake ring. The snakes head with graduated old-cut diamond crest and circular-shape ruby eyes, to the coiled band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct, H-J colour, P1-P2 clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham, partially rubbed. Weight 12.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. There are chips to three of the diamonds, there are significant inclusions to all visible with the unaided eye. The rubies are a pinkish red, they are in good condition. The date letter to the hallmark has worn away. Ring size V.
