An early 20th century 9ct gold amethyst and seed pearl bar brooch. The oval-shape amethyst collet, within an oval-shape surround, to the seed pearl sides and plain bar. Length 4.5cms. Weight 3.2gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. There are scratches to the brooch in keeping with overall wear. The amethyst is a vibrant purple colour, there is patchy colour visible with magnification. The seed pearls are fairly well matched, one appears to have a weaker lustre, untested for natural origin. The back pin and catch is secure.
