An 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch by Whittington, the white enamel dial with hourly applied black Roman numeral markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six o’clock, the round case, hallmarked London 1862 with engine turned design and signed cartouche to rear, fitted with a signed three quarter plate fusee and chain movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement, diamond end stone. Case diameter 72mm. Total weight 61gms.
