A silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o’clock, the case, hallmarked London 1850, having a milled middle and engine turned design with engraved cartouche to rear, fitted with a gilt full plate fuse and chain movement, signed Tho. Pollard, Gravesend, with jewelled balance and ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 42mm. Together with a continental white metal key wind open faced pocket watch, movement signed Etienne Mathey.
