Lot Description
A silver keyless wind open face chronograph by W. T. Story, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds and minute dials to six and twelve o'clock, circular shaped case with engine turned decoration and a vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked Birmingham 1891, fitted with an unsigned three quarter plate movement with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 52mm.

W.T Story chronograph watch, the keyless wind movement is currently functioning however the chronograph function appears to be at fault and will require attention, dial shows marks which are partially prominent around the subsidiary dials, hands to the subsidiary dials show some distortion, hands have marks and tarnishing, glass has marks, case has marks and scratches as a result of general use, rear of the case has wear to the engine turned decoration, case is tarnished, hinges have wear to the corners. bow has marks and tarnishing.
