An early 20th century 9ct gold synthetic ruby and diamond ring. The rose-cut diamond, to the replacement circular-shape synthetic ruby sides and tapered band. One synthetic ruby deficient. Partial hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 2.7gms.

Overall condition fair. There are scratches to the ring in keeping with overall wear. The central diamond is significantly chipped. The synthetic ruby is a replacement, one is deficient. Some settings may need to be secured. The ring has been sizes and the date letter removed. Ring size N.
