Lot Description
A late Victorian 18ct gold ruby, seed pearl and diamond ring. Designed as a series of graduated marquise-shape panels set with seed pearls, circular-shape rubies and diamond point detail, to the plain band. One diamond and two seed pearls deficient. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1924. Weight 3.5gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. Minor surface wear in keeping with general age. One diamond point is missing. Two seed pearls are loose. All settings will need attention as the stones and seed pearls may become loose at any time. The surface of the seed pearls have worn away, they appear dull. The enamel detail has worn away to most areas. Re-sized band, large black mark visible. Victorian registration mark to inner band. Ring size Q.
