An early 20th century 9ct gold amethyst and seed pearl pendant. The oval-shape amethyst, within a seed pearl scroll and foliate openwork surround, suspending a pear-shape amethyst drop, to the similarly-set seed pearl surmount and belcher-link chain. Length of pendant 5.1cms. Length of chain 38.7cms. Weight 6.3gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Two seed pearls deficient. Seed pearls untested for natural origin. Seed pearls yellow to grey with surface imperfections. Stamped 9ct.
