An early 20th century 15ct gold tourmaline and split pearl bar brooch. Designed as a circular-shape pink tourmaline, to the split pearl foliate sides and asymmetric knife-edge bar. Length 5.5cms. Weight 3.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. Tourmaline has a vibrant pink body colour with even colour saturation. Typical inclusions visible under 10x magnification. Diameter of tourmaline: 5.5mms. Depth 4.1mms. Split pearls are well matched. Slightly bent out of shape. Small area of soft solder to reverse of brooch. Stamped 15ct, indistinct.
