A late 19th century 18ct gold diamond and emerald brooch. Of openwork design, depicting the bust and wings of a putto, to the scrolling foliate kite-shape panel with old-cut diamond and oval-shape emerald accents. Length 3.6cms. Weight 10.5gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Replacement fittings. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.09ct. The emeralds are a well matched deep slightly bluish green hue. Significant abrasion and nicks. Minor file marks to reverse.
