An early 20th century 15ct gold and platinum diamond, ruby and enamel Scottish regimental badge. The single-cut diamond and diamond point stag, within a ruby coronet, to the circular ruby cabochon eye and black enamel curved antlers. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Length 2.6cms. Weight 5.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition fair. Some surface wear in keeping with age. One diamond deficient. Significant wear to the enamel with chipped areas. Replacement catch, with soft solder. Rubies pinkish-red, moderate colour saturation. Some replacement rubies to the coronet. Fairly good clarity with typical inclusions. Rubies in fair to good condition, some with minor abrasion, some with small chips. Please see Important Notices for Purchasers in our catalogue for coloured gemstones. Diamonds bright and well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered inclusions visible under magnification. Diamonds in good condition with minor abrasion.
