A pair of late Victorian shell cameo and jet earrings, circa 1880. Each shell carved as Demeter and Hera in profile, within a tapered jet collet mount. Diameter of ear pendants 3cms. Weight 17gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Diameter does not include hook fitting for pierced ears. Some surface scratches to the shell cameo ground. Minor wear.
