Lot Description
A gold plated keyless wind open face pocket watch by Elgin, the white dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case with engine turned decoration and vacant cartouche to the rear, fitted with a signed seven jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 50mm.

Condition Report
- Movement is functioning intermittently, it is tough to wind movement which indicates a deeper problem with the movement which will require attention
- Dial shows marks and scratches
- Hands show scratches and chips to the paint work, hands show damage
- Glass is scratched and marked from previous use
- Case has medium scratches from use, design to case back is worn, side of the case is showing damage, hinges are tough to use and sides of the case do not secure easily, there is noticeable wear to the gold plating of the case
- Bow and pendant are scratched, bow is loose and discoloured
