A 9ct gold keyless wind open face pocket watch signed J. W. Benson, the two-tone silvered dial with hourly applied gilt Arabic numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial with Arabic divisions positioned to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, plain round case, hallmarked London 1936, fitted with an unsigned seventeen jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 47mm. Total weight 48gms. Watch A/F.

Keyless wind pocket watch, movement is not currently functioning, movement shows discolouration and scratches, winding stem is broken, there is play to the balance, dial shows discolouration, marks and scratches, hourly markers are scratched, hands are scratched and marked, glass is scratched and showing residue from use, case has medium scratches from use, case back is scratched from use, bezel is scratched from use, bow and pendant are scratched, there are signs of repair to the bow, crown is scratched and marked.
