Lot Description
A silver key wind pair case pocket watch by Sam King, the white dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, the round cases hallmarked London 1770, fitted with a signed full plate fusee and chain movement with square baluster pillars, verge escapement and pierced balance cock. Outer case diameter 49mm.

Condition Report
- The key wind movement is currently at fault;
- some parts of the movement are loose; watch will definitely need a full restoration and replacement of wheels;
- pillars in the movement are not holding plates together;
- dial is chipped to the edge to eleven o'clock, it has noticeable cracks in various places;
- dial is darkened and may benefit from a clean;
- glass is missing;
- case is heavily scratched, darkened and dints are noticeable; outer case button is missing.
