Lot Description
A silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with hourly applied Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, round case with vacant cartouche to the rear, hallmarked Chester 1896, fitted with an unsigned full plate going barrel movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 55mm. Together with a silver curb link chain with silver fob.

- Movement is not currently functioning, balance appears to be damaged and will require attention, movement has marks and scratches.
- Dial has visible marks and scratches.
- Hands have marks and tarnishing.
- Glass has marks and small scratches, glass shows the remains of glue to the edges and appears to be a later replacement.
- Case has marks and scratches, case also has patches of tarnishing which appears to be the remains of glue or sellotape, case shows wear, bow is loose, pendent and bow show wear, pin attaching the bow to the pendent is exposed.
- Chain and fob have marks, scratches and tarnishing.
