A Victorian gilt metal combination propelling pen/pencil. The ribbed barrel with foliate engraving, to a shield-shaped hardstone terminal, 4.25", (11cm) long fully extended, 2.75", (7cm) closed, together with a Sterling silver retractable swizzle stick, (2).
