A fine Dunhill 9ct gold combination cigarette case and lighter, the canted oblong case with concealed lighter to one short end, the ribbed body with ownership cartouche and lift-up cigarette compartment, stamped DUNHILL LONDON, the lid underside hallmarked (London) 1948, 9/375, 4" x 3" x 0.6" high, (10cm x 7.5cm x 1.6cm), 199grms (7oz).
