A Victorian cased blood-letting set, the pair of instruments each of canted oblong form with sprung steel handle releasing four concealed blades, the edge stamped W. Smith, the larger 2" (5cm) long, the single wine morocco two compartment case with cartouche engraved 'George Tatham', the case 4" (10cm) wide.
