An early to mid 19th century inlaid mahogany candle box, the sliding front cover having an arched surmount over chevron and 'barber's pole' inlaid borders and octagonal motif, bone lozenge inlay, decorated dovetailed sides, the back with shaped suspender, 17.5" (44.5cm) high.
