Lot Description

A German walnut cased three train chiming bracket clock, early 20th century, the 6-inch arched silvered dial with Arabic chapter ring, matted centre and two subsidiary dials for Slow/Fast and Chime/Silent, the movement stamped MADE IN GERMANY 85984,18/158 1/4, chiming on four gong rods and striking on a fifth, the case with truncated pyramid pediment over arched bevelled glazing between canted sides on cavetto-moulded base, plinth and bun feet. 16.5" (42cm) high.
