A 19th century bronze and black slate mantel clock, the figural surmount modelled as a young lady adjusting her dress, standing against a stool with four hoof legs on rectangular plinths, 16.5" (42cm) high, the clock with 4-inch black dial having incised Roman numerals, the two-train movement outside countwheel-striking on a bell, the case with fluted pilasters and conforming plinth, 26" (66cm) high overall.
